CAMERA CLUB

The Camera Club meets twice a month on the second and fourth Mondays at the Logan North Library from 11:00 to 12:45.  The class is full for first term in 2013 but you can still register with the tutors to have your name put on the waiting list and if people drop out you will be contacted. Bill and Diane Bohlen 3208 3729.

They have a great meeting room provided by the Logan North Library.

The session usually starts with a Show and Tell session of members photos. It is purely voluntary but it helps everyone learn what makes a good photo. This is followed by a lesson on a variety of photography topics and techniques.

At the end of the session there is time for a coffee and sharing knowledge of cameras with one another.

Once a term they have guest speakers with expertise in different areas of photography.

Once a term they have a field trip photo shoot.

Past trips have been to Underwood Park.

 Daisy Hill Forest

 Roma Street Gardens

 Cleveland Point

Sometimes they have in class practice.
